Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing technique used to enhance and/or reshape eyebrows. It involves using a manual handheld tool with tiny needles to deposit pigment into the skin in fine, hair-like strokes, creating the appearance of fuller, more defined eyebrows.
-
Powder brows, also known as ombre brows, is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure similar to microblading but with a different technique and result. Instead of creating individual hair-like strokes, powder brows involve depositing pigment into the skin using a cosmetic tattoo machine to achieve a soft, powdered makeup look. This method can be particularly suitable for clients with oily or combination skin, as the powdered effect tends to last longer than microblading.
-
During a brow procedure, discomfort typically ranges from 0-3 on a scale of 1-10, varying by individual. We prioritize client comfort with two layers of numbing: a cream before and a liquid after opening the skin. All numbing agents contain 5% lidocaine. Most clients find the procedure manageable, describing sensations as mild scratching. Some clients feel no pain and even fall asleep.
